The penultimate episode of The boys featured an intense scene between Soldier Boy and Mindstorm – one of the minor characters in Season 3.

Who is Mindstorm and what are his powers?

Mindstorm was featured as a minor character in The boys Season 3 and member of Payback.

First seen in a flashback in Episode 3, Mindstorm wandered the Barstow Desert in California trying to escape his ability to hear other people’s thoughts and then dunked a number of members of gangs in a coma.

Considered bipolar and paranoid, Mindstorm managed to make a living from his Las Vegas show, Mental Magic with Mindstorm, for a few years before becoming a hermit.

Mindstorm’s powers include the ability to mentally manipulate anyone he encounters and trap them in their own dreams. He also has the ability to read people’s minds and control them to do whatever he wants.

Does Mindstorm survive Episode 7?

No, Mindstorm does not survive Episode 7 as he is brutally murdered by Soldier Boy.

Mindstorm got into an argument with Soldier Boy, Hughie, and Butcher before eventually revealing something to Soldier Boy that he didn’t like.

It was later revealed to the public that Soldier Boy was Homelander’s father, which Mindstorm must have referenced.

Soldier Boy then repeatedly hit Mindstorm on the head with his shield and killed him.

How many episodes are there in The Boys?

The boys Season 3 consists of eight episodes, with each episode lasting between 55 and 68 minutes.

The first three episodes of Season 3 dropped on Amazon Prime at the same time on June 3, 2022, and the show has now settled down to airing one episode per week.
