Fans of the popular Prime Video series Farzi are demanding that season 2 include more crossover cameos with The Family Man.
If you need a new crime thriller to binge on this weekend, look no further than the latest world-conquering Hindi series, Farzi.
However, with only eight episodes available on Amazon Prime Video, Shahid Kapoor fans needn’t go through the entertaining first season; which viewers immediately turn their attention to a potential second chapter.
While fans are still awaiting official news on Farzi season 2, the global community is extremely optimistic that Sunny will return for another chapter alongside a possible crossover with The Family Man season 3.

Farzi Season 2 Renewal Status Explained
While Season 2 of Farzi has yet to be officially confirmed to be in production at D2R Films, the end of Season 1 almost defiantly set up a second episode.
In the final moments of Season 1 Episode 8, Sunny sends Firoz to the train station as he shuts down the Mansoor storage facility; killing several of his henchmen and ultimately burning the massive pile of cash.
We then see Firoz board the train and leave Mumbai, but before the credits start rolling, Megha finds that the CCTV footage has been enhanced to show… Sunny. With his identification all but confirmed in these footage, Sunny’s anonymity is lost forever and he’ll likely find law enforcement not too far behind Michael.
Interestingly, the consensus within the community is that Firoz never left Mumbai on the train and season 2 will show him getting off at the locomotive after realizing he still has to keep his promise to never leave Sunny behind him.
Then we have the crossover with The Family Man to contend with; which also hints that a second season of Farzi is planned by the showrunners at D2R Films.

Season 1 saw cameos from Ajit from Vijay Vikram Singh, Punit Banerjee from Aritro Rudraneil Banerjee, Chellam from Uday Mahesh, and narration from Srikant Tiwari from Manoj Bajpayee. Farzi’s Michael and The Family Man’s Srikant are meant to be old friends, with both shows set in the same canonical universe.
Considering The Family Man Season 3 is already in production, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Farzi Season 2 teased to some degree – or even our own cameo series which would see an additional crossover between these two series.
As noted by Digital Mafia Talkies, “Either ‘Farzi’ Season 2 is going to feature more ‘The Family Man’ characters or ‘The Family Man’ Season 3 is going to feature ‘Farzi’ characters, with all of them leaving in joint mission.
So while Farzi has yet to be publicly renewed for Season 2, fans can expect the series to return with at least one more mission in the future. However, viewers should also keep a very close eye on The Family Man Season 3, which could either set up or connect the upcoming storylines for a sunny Season 2.
