Whether you first met Jack Ryan on the page or on screen doesn’t matter, because either way, you’ll be in for the latest incarnation of the iconic character. Created by Carlton Cuse and Graham Roland, the Amazon Prime Video series began airing in 2018 and has developed quite a fandom.
The American political action-thriller is, of course, based on characters from Tom Clancy’s ‘Ryanverse’ and in the lead role we have John Krasinski, known for The Office and A Quiet Place.
Although John is far from the first actor to tackle the role, he has become a fan favorite over the years and is sure to gain more audiences with the release of Season 3.
Since new installments hit the platform on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, on the other hand, there have been a few complaints about Jack Ryan Season 3 Episode 2 audio issues.

Jack Ryan season 3 episode 2 audio issues
Those who have already listened to Jack Ryan season 3 will no doubt have noticed that there is a problem with the audio in a number of episodes, although it is particularly prevalent in the second installment.
Ultimately, the problem is that the audio is out of sync with the visuals, which means that when the characters speak, the words don’t line up with the movement of their lips. Of course, the audio issue leads to other such visual issues as well.
However, the official Prime Video Twitter account directly addressed the issue and assures fans that they are working to resolve it:
“We are aware of an audio issue on some devices for Season 3 of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan and are working quickly to resolve it. We will continue to update. Thanks for your patience.”
The account will likely notify Twitter followers once the issue is resolved, but the issue has been acknowledged and will be resolved. Speaking of what…

“It seems already settled”
If you had issues earlier with Jack Ryan’s audio, it might be worth going back to Prime and seeing if it’s been restored.
In replies to the tweet above, Amazon recommended uninstalling the app and redownloading it, along with other methods to potentially fix the problem. However, a more recent response said “Now I’m resuming…it seems already fixed”, while others also found that the audio no longer caused them problems when streaming new episodes.
With this in mind, the problem can be solved in all territories.

Jack Ryan is on the run in season 3
With Jack on the run this season, John was recently interviewed by CBR and asked how it shaped him as a character as the season developed:
“It’s a betrayal. He doesn’t know who he can trust, including Greer… Greer is someone who knew he was burned by the CIA, and according to Jack, he didn’t do anything about it. This whole idea of being on the run and doing whatever your instincts tell you to do sounds exciting to Jack Ryan for a split second.
He continued, “Then he realizes he’s not ready for it. He’s not prepared for it, so he must actually be having run-ins with people he never expected to see again in his life… and certainly people he hoped never to see again in his life.
Season 3 of Jack Ryan is streaming now on Amazon Prime Video.
