Sources claimed King Charles would not stop his brother from pursuing legal action, which Queen Elizabeth’s alleged favorite son believed would clear his name.

However, King Charles reportedly warned Prince Andrew that he was already permanently banned from royal life.

For context, Giuffre claimed she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17 after being trafficked by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The prince has consistently vehemently denied the claims and the two eventually settled out of court, reportedly for millions of pounds.
