Based on a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Jun Mochizuki, “Vanitas no Karte” or “The Vanitas Case Study” is a steampunk fantasy television anime about vampires. In this world, there are two types of vampires: those born under the red moon and those born under the blue moon. The Blue Moon vampire was driven out of the village by other vampires and vowed revenge on them, at least according to legend. On his way to Paris in search of the Book of Vanitas, Vampire Noah Archivist meets the current owner of the book, a human named Vanitas, and the course of their lives subsequently changes. Release date of episode 2 of Vanitas no Karte
Episode 2 of “Vanitas no Karte,” titled “In the City of Flowers,” will be released on July 10, 2021 in Japan. It will air at various times on Tokyo MX, GYT, GTV, BS11, MBS, CBC, HBC, and RKB. In Southeast Asia, the episodes will air from July 24, 2021. The series is a two-part anime. Studio Bones produced the series, with Tomoyuki Itamura leading the production team and Hitomi Mieno leading the writing team. yuki kajiura worked on the music and Tomoyo Nakayama did the character design. Sasanomaly sang the opening song, “Sora to Utsuro”, while LMYK sang the closing song, “0 (zero)”.

Viewers in the US, Canada, Ireland and the UK can watch episodes of “The Detective Is Already Dead” with original Japanese sound and English subtitles on Funimation. Versions with subtitles in Portuguese and Spanish will also be available on the platform for its Latin American viewers. Residents of Scandinavian countries will be able to watch the series with English subtitles on Wakanim. The episodes with French, German and Russian subtitles will also be available on the platform. Vanitas no Karte Episode 2 Spoilers
In the first episode of the series, Noah meets Amelia Ruth, who appears to be suffering from dizziness and looking quite pale as she travels to Paris in the La Baleine airship. Noah realizes that she is a vampire like him. Suddenly, a man sneaks into the boat through the roof and appears to be attacking Amelia. Noah protects her and takes her with him. But a disease in her takes over her real name, fundamentally changing her and renaming her Eglantine. Then he grabs Noah and digs his teeth into his neck. When Noah begins to faint, the mystery man catches up with them and heals Amelia with the Book of Vanitas, returning her real name, Florifel, the one who guides spring.
After the authorities arrive, the man is hit by debris and falls down the hole in the ship that he built himself. Noah saves him and later learns that the man’s name is Vanitas, and that the latter inherited Vanitas’ original book of the Blue Moon. In episode 2, we get a glimpse of Noah’s childhood.
