Conversations over Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s marital troubles have come to a head after his model wife missed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ home game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, September 25. To make matters worse, the couple’s children, Vivian Lake and Benjamin Rein, were also in attendance, but their mother wasn’t there.

Brady got a sweet hug from his two cuffed children and his 15-year-old son Jack, who he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan. However, the quarterback’s mother and sisters brought the kids to the game in place of the Victoria’s Secret Angel.

A source said to be close to the couple said Page Sixthat the footballer hopes his wife will put aside her disappointment to support his team. The 42-year-old star is known for mostly attending home games but this time she wasn’t spotted at the game.

Brady and the rest of the Bucs would love to see her and the kids in the stands, but only the kids were there.

First off, Bundchen and Brady are reportedly having marital issues because Brady reversed his retirement from the NFL earlier this year. This angered the Brazilian beauty so much that she left him in Tampa and flew to her vacation home in Costa Rica to get some distance.

Another source told HollywoodLife, that Bundchen would never want Brady to give up his dreams and his passion for her and the kids because she knows how important football is to him. However, she couldn’t help but seem upset after he broke his promise to retire for good.

The insider went on to say that this ordeal made it difficult for Bundchen to deal with her emotions. They made a deal as to when he would retire and she feels lied to at this point, the tipster explained.

Another source told CNN hence the fact that they now live separately. As a reminder, Brady retired from the NFL in February, only to later reverse his decision.

Then in August he took an 11-day sabbatical from training camp to attend to personal matters, his head coach Todd Bowles revealed.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Elle magazine, Bundchen revealed she had concerns about Brady’s return after he initially decided to step down. She called football a very violent sport and she and her children wish it was more of a part of their lives.

She then admitted they’ve had conversations about it over and over again, but ultimately she knew everyone has to make a decision that works for them. Bundchen understood that Brady also had to follow his joy.
