Takemichi is now back in the past and about to really change things up. In Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 2, he will try again to save Hina’s life, but will he succeed this time?
Every time Takemichi tries to do something to save Hina, it ends in a terrible disaster. At the same time, though, he’s learning from his mistakes, which means he could improve in Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 2.
Kisaki Tetta plays an important role in this part of the story. He is the constant factor associated with Hina’s death in all timelines. There is also a deeper story behind his declaration that Takemichi is his hero in the final season finale, which will be revealed over time.
In Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 1 It Is What It Is, Takemichi learned the details of the horrific timeline he created. Kazutora rescued Takemichi, and the two managed to get to a place where they were safe from Kisaki.
He updated him on the current state of Toman and what was going on in this timeline. Mikey, on the other hand, had been completely corrupted and switched sides.
He called out orders very different from the Mikey everyone knew. Elsewhere, Naota ran into Takemichi in the alley.
However, it was not a friendly meeting, but a raid and an arrest. He showed him a video of what the top boss of an evil gang looked like. But that guy was Takemichi, alas. What happens here can be seen when Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 2 comes out.
Meanwhile it was announced that the current season of Tokyo Revengers will consist of 13 episodes. Therefore, the entire season is expected to appear in winter 2023.
However, fans can’t help but compare it to the previous season, which had 24 episodes and adapted three story arcs from Ken Wakui’s manga: Toman Arc, Moebius Arc and Valhalla Arc.
In the second season, the fourth arc, the Christmas Showdown Arc, was alternatively adapted. However, since it only consists of 13 episodes, no further story arcs may be shown in the current season.
That means fans will have to wait a little longer to see the Tenjiku arc and other story arcs. While the Christmas Showdown arc is a fan favorite, many wish the Tenjiku arc would also be animated.
Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 2 will air Saturday, January 14th. Thankfully, the series isn’t on breaks just yet.
