Ozark is one of those web series that keeps you going all the time. The show is beloved by viewers and critics alike and is one of the best series ever produced by Netflix. Ozark Season 3 premiered last year, and fans have been eagerly awaiting the premiere of Ozark Season 4 on Netflix ever since.
The series recently garnered several Golden Globe nominations. Last year, Ozark aired on Netflix in late March. With Netflix in the habit of introducing a new season a year later, Ozark season 4 unfortunately did not air in spring 2021 due to production delays. Is Ozark season 4 canceled? The teasers say a big “no”
Some time ago, rumors surfaced on the internet that Netflix had canceled season 4 of Ozark. However, they turned out to be false as the series is one of Netflix’s best series to date. Instead, OTT had given the production team an additional two-part season to wrap up the story.

We are very happy that Netflix has recognized the importance of giving Ozark more time to complete the Byrdes saga well. It has been a great adventure for all of us, on and off screen, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to bring it home in the most satisfying way possible.
Jason Bateman, who plays Marty Byrde, wasn’t sure where and when Ozark will end. However, he hinted that it will not be a 12-season series. We agree with him, as Ozark is a very fast-paced series and it would be boring to see it continue for a few more seasons, considering how clever the leads are.
Ozark season 4 release date
Judging from the premiere dates above, Ozark generally takes around 19 months for the next season to hit screens. In the past, the web series has also had two short seasons. Additionally, with the production premiering in November 2020 and still no word on its end date, the final season of Ozark is delayed but not canceled.
There is a great possibility that Ozark season 4 will be split into 2 parts. Sources indicate that the first part of Ozark season 4 could air in the second half of 2021, and the second part will air in 2022.
However, the premiere of the first part in fall could be postponed until winter 2021. Netflix had not mentioned the last season of Ozark in the list of titles (including season 3 of Sex Education and season 2 of The Witcher) by come. in 2021 to its shareholders. One thing we do know about the final season of Ozark is that it will air in two parts, much like the final season of the most popular anime Attack on Titan. The full season will consist of 14 episodes, and the first half will have 7 episodes in total.
According to the leaks, Ozark season 4 episode 1 will be titled “The Beginning of the End.” The end of the last season will surely be impressive.

It looks like the series will resume from the moment Marty and Wendy saw Navarro shoot and kill Helen Pierce.
