In One Punch Man Chapter 178, fans could witness an intense battle between Saitama and Tatsumaki. Fan-favorite Caped Baldy tried to stop the S-Class hero from attacking the Blizzard group, so the two could end up facing each other.
Despite the incident, Tatsumaki worries for the members of the group as she may not be able to save such a large group in distress. So, fans will see if their plans succeed in One Punch Man Chapter 178.
Saitama continues to threaten the group, hoping they will desert their leader. But Saitama stops her, hurting her ego.
From then on, she can challenge Saitama to a fight and prepare for a big fight between them. However, there is a chance that it won’t come to that.
In One Punch Man Chapter 178, Tatsumaki might want to investigate the Tsukuyomi instead. Tsukuyomi means Moon God in Japanese mythology, and it has something to do with Fubuki seeing God through Psyko’s Third Eye. This could be an indication of the imminent arrival of God on earth.
Tatsumaki is believed to have a connection to the God Conspiracy, which may have a deeper connection due to her time in the lab with a God Cube. It is also known that she has had battles with god-armed opponents and her mentor, Blast, is on a quest to find the almighty being.
Meanwhile, in One Punch Man Chapter 177, titled The Supernatural and the Perils, a couple was seen eating in the citizen area of the HA Complex. But then the entire floor began to tremble, causing everyone present to panic.
It later turned out that the containment level for demon level monsters was causing the chaos. In the scene, Fubuki was seen fighting while Tatsumaki was fighting.
A member of the Tsukuyomi turned Fubuki’s sleeping pill into poison. Tatsumaki stopped her anger when the Tsukuyomi threatened to ignite Fubuki’s deadly poison.
The Tsukuyomi captured Tatsumaki and levitated her, Fubuki, and Psykos. A scammer from the Blizzard group later revealed themselves after they exited the facility.
Tatsumak then used her Esper ability and turned the pill into a needle, which she carefully removed from Fubuki’s body and pointed at Tsukuyomi to pierce the latter’s eye.
Though he survived, Tatsumaki managed to turn the tables and catch him. The Blizzard group was worried about Fubuki.
Tatsumaki then freaked out after her friends punched her. She told her sister to avoid the group and vowed to hurt the members so they could rest, but Saitama stopped her.
You can see what’s next when One Punch Man Chapter 178 comes out on Wednesday, January 25th.
