January 13, 2023

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 15 thumbnails are now out, giving a good indication of just how dejected the pro heroes are this time around. The snaps reveal what the villains will do next, and it looks spooky.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 15 will be appropriately titled Tartarus as it introduces the Tartarus Escapees arc, or Vigilante arc. While it remains to be seen to what extent the new episode will adapt, the preview images give a good idea of what will happen next.

The franchise releases eight preview images on its official website. Half of it shows the pro-heroes trying to recover from all the losses they suffered during the Paranormal Liberation War, while the rest of the images show the villains making their next move.

Shoto Todoroki, Shota Aizawa, Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoriya are seen trying to deal with the war. Toshinori Yagi, formerly known as All Might, can also be seen sitting next to Deku.

Shoto’s body is bandaged, probably because he overused his quirks in the war. Also, Aizawa has his right eye and upper right side of his face wrapped in My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 15 after being hit by Shigaraki’s Decay Quirk.

In addition, Bakugo’s lower body is also tied up due to his injuries to his torso. Deku’s entire body is cast in after fully deploying One for All. Also, he is asleep, suggesting he may be in a coma.

Alternatively, the villains appear to be preparing for their next big move. All for One is back, smiling and with a clear sky overhead, meaning he’s already freed from Tartarus.

Shigaraki appears to remain under AFO’s control, so the latter may have enlisted the help of his outside allies to escape. Muscular appears in a residential area in My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 15.

The last image shows prison guards with worried expressions on their faces, suggesting that the villains are wreaking havoc again while the heroes are gone.

Meanwhile, a doppelganger of Re-Destro was created in My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 14, Hellish Hell. The latter was invited to attend a meeting of the Heroes’ Public Safety Commission, but this was just a ploy to lure him into a trap and capture him.

The body double then killed several heroes. When the war broke out, the injured were taken to the hospital. Some villains like Mr. Compress, Dr. Garaki, the real Re-Destro, and several members of the Paranormal Liberation Front have been arrested.

However, other major villains, such as Shigaraki and Dabi, managed to escape. AFO managed to control the Nomu in Shigaraki’s body and commanded them to enter Tartarus and help him escape.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 15 will be released on Saturday January 14th.
