Meghan Markle bullying problem: Former palace employees maintain their bullying allegations against Prince Harry’s wife

January 12, 2023

The problem of Meghan Markle harassing palace staff continues to haunt her. Almost a few years after this controversy arose, the former palace staffers who accused Prince Harry’s wife of bullying them are sticking to their stories.

Valentine Low, author of Courtiers: Intrigue, Ambition and the Power Players behind the House of Windsor, revealed that Meghan Markle’s alleged bullying victims are standing by their claims. These people firmly believe the Duchess of Sussex bullied them.

Although the journalist opposite Page Six Admitting that he couldn’t tell the truth about the allegations as he wasn’t there when it happened, he stressed that he hadn’t heard the former actress’ side. But my sources are still very attached to her story, he said.

Before the Sussexes gave their explosive revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, the Times of London ran a story claiming that the former Suits star occasionally brought her staff to tears while she was still working at Kensington Palace.

Meghan Markle is said to have pressured two palace employees to leave their jobs. Jason Knauf, the royal couple’s communications at the time, reported the behavior in October 2018.

In his staff complaint, he claimed he was very concerned that the Duchess had bullied two PAs from the household over the past year. He even called the treatment of X totally unacceptable.

Knauf went on to say that Meghan Markle always wanted someone to set her sights on. He also accused her of bullying Y and undermining her trust.

Aside from him, he claimed there were report after report from people observing the unacceptable behavior towards Y. The palace later announced that it would launch an investigation, but the outcome would not be made public.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry defended his wife against the bullying allegations leveled against her in his memoir, Spare. He claimed that the palace’s human resources department had asked the resigned assistant to leave her job after providing evidence that she had exploited her position with Meghan Markle to get freebies.

However, since they were not allowed to speak publicly, rumors began to fill the void. At the time, the press had so many demands that they wanted to clear up a constant stream of bugs, but they didn’t have the staff or resources to keep up.

As a result, they were only able to deal with 10 percent of the complaints, and any feedback was taken as an affront and insult. Prince Harry witnessed a member of staff collapse on the deck and cry more than once, and all the blame lay with Meghan Markle, who stayed calm and didn’t even say a dirty word to anyone.
