In the fifth episode, relationships were still in their early stages and most couples had gotten used to seeing the face of the person they are engaged to. But it looks like there could be some bigger changes in the future. It can be said that the age difference between Ayano and Shuntaro is a crucial factor in their relationship. Therefore, there may be many things they would like to clarify before they can think about tying the knot.

Midori had expressed concern about Wataru’s appearance. She might also say that attraction is important to her in a relationship. Also, Ryotaro seems to have reservations about meeting Motomi’s parents. At the same time, Misaki might get in trouble because Kaoru might feel that her fiancé doesn’t know her well enough. It could also be a little difficult for Priya and Mizuki.

Love is Blind: Japan Episode 5 Recap

In the fifth episode, titled Just the Two of Us, we saw the eight engaged couples enjoy their romantic outing. This was an opportunity for them to get to know each other better, which was previously not possible in the pods. However, the reality of their relationships began to take shape as they saw a different side of the person they met in the pod.

Mizuki and Priya realized how different their lifestyles were. Mizuki’s behavior on the double date also has Priya concerned that her fiancé may be overly concerned with keeping up appearances. The future looked bright for Midori and Wataru as she admitted it felt like she had known him for a long time. However, Midori later confessed that Wataru is not the type of person she would normally have dated given his appearance.

Ayano and Shuntaro were happy about their engagement. However, Ayano explained that the age difference is something she has never experienced. As a result, the journey of the other couples was also followed. They are Odacchi and Nanako, Yudai and Nana, Ryotaro and Motomi, Mori and Minami, and Misaki and Kaoru.
