What happened in Loki episode 3?
In Loki Episode 3, Lamentis, the episode begins with a conversation between Hunter C-20 and Lady Loki about a daisy, and C-20 complains that her brain is frozen. Loki’s variant asks him bluntly how many guards are around the Timekeepers. We also take a look at the plan, as we finally learn where the portal has taken them and Loki to the Temporal Variation Authority.
We see how competent Lady Loki is. Loki follows her and asks her about her plans, but Judge Renslayer interrupts them. At the last minute, Loki transports them to another place and time: Lamentis 1 in 2077. The Loki variant revealed that this place and time corresponds to the worst apocalypse recorded in the TemPad, the device he uses to travel through time and space. .
In Lamentis 1, they discovered that the TemPad must recharge to escape, as the apocalypse in this timeline is about to occur in about 12 hours with the moon colliding with the planet. In their search for a source powerful enough to do so, they get to know each other better. The variant clearly despises being called that, much less being called after Loki. She calls herself Sylvie, her alias.
Loki keeps her at bay by hanging from the TemPad. They meet a woman who tells them that the way out is the ark. Their conversation is interrupted as they have to run towards the ark that is about to take off. They had to fight to get away with it and it seems that now they have formed some kind of bond or trust in each other. At the end of the episode, his only way to escape is the ark, which was destroyed in front of his eyes.
