Gisele Bundchen will soon be living near Tom Brady after buying a new house across from his Miami Beach mansion

Gisele Bundchen will soon be living directly across from her ex-husband Tom Brady’s Miami Beach home. The supermodel has secretly bought a mansion worth a whopping $11.5 million.

The ex-couple will now have an easier time co-parenting their two children, Benjamin Rein, 12, and Vivian Lake Brady, 9, now that they live close together. While Brady and Bundchen certainly won’t be swimming across the creek, their respective homes reportedly have their own docks.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel’s new home has a direct view of the footballer’s large estate, which is currently under construction on Indian Creek Island. The model reportedly toured the mansion for the first time on August 16, proving their marriage has already fallen apart.

That’s also when the famous quarterback took a shocking 11-day hiatus from the NFL. It is believed that this hiatus was his last attempt to save their marriage. Page Six reports that she officially bought the house on October 6.

A source tells the publication that before Brady’s hiatus, Bundchen was actively looking for new real estate in Miami Beach. Her move proves that she was already done with her marriage and ready to move on.

Alternatively, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star has a view of Biscayne Bay across from his ex-wife’s Surfside home, so they are almost directly across the narrow Indian Creek waterway.

You could literally swim from Gisele’s house to Tom’s – not that they would – but both houses will have a jetty, the insider continued. So it would be very easy for them to raise their children together while living so close to each other.

The home in question has 4,000 square feet of living space and is currently under construction. It has five beds and seven baths, more than enough for Bummel and her two kids.

Aside from this luxurious home, the New York Post also notes that the 43-year-old has quietly bought a $1.25 million cottage near Miami Beach. The house, which is believed to serve as her office, staff quarters or a small retreat for her alone time, has three beds and three baths.

She was recently spotted on vacation in Costa Rica with her kids while staying in a rented home in Miami while waiting for her new home to be completed. Bundchen may want to give her new Surfside mansion a major makeover to put it on par with other eco-friendly homes.
