Anime ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba’ ‘Promotion Reel 2023’ is set to provide new information, the translated tweet said. It will be aired after the ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba’ Mugen Train Special Broadcast. Please enjoy it.
The franchise has yet to reveal what this new update will be about, but many are expecting it to be a major update after the first official trailer was released in April. Apart from this new update, the anime also announced that it will have a main stage at the upcoming Jump Festa 2023 on December 17th and 18th.
Despite the lack of updates, fans know that Demon Slayer Season 3 will feature the Swordsmith Village arc. Therefore, this time Tanjiro will have a new katana after what happened to his weapon last season.
Fans will also meet new special Hashiras, Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, and Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji. These two will work alongside Tanjiro and his friends after the introduction of the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, in Season 1 and the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, in Season 2.
First off, the anime has already run for two seasons with the Mugen Train movie being released in between to tie seasons 1 and 2 together. In the final season, the Entertainment District arc was adjusted to change the story’s setting to the Yoshiwara district of Edo, better known as present-day Tokyo.
She introduced the Hashira sound and its three kunoichi females. It was also the first time Tanjiro awakened his Demon Slayer sign during his intense battle against Upper Moon siblings Daki and Gyutaro.
Season 2 ended with Akaza, the upper tier three demon that killed Rengoku in Mugen Train, being summoned to Muzan’s infinity place as in the 26th episode of season one where the demon king slew all the demons of the lower moon.
With this intense turn of events, fans can’t help but get excited for the upcoming Demon Slayer Season 3. However, it is not yet known when the new season will officially appear.
