‘Day of the Dead’ Episode 5 will be released on Syfy on November 12, 2021 at 10 p.m. ET. The first season consists of ten one-hour episodes that are broadcast on Fridays. The broadcast of the first season will end on December 17, 2021.

Day of the Dead Episode 4 Recap

The fourth episode, titled Forest of the Damned, begins with Luke dodging multiple zombie attacks, only to meet Trent, who had recently left him in the disgusting depths of the area. The two are cornered by zombies but somehow manage to hide. Elsewhere, Lauren drives Jai to the country club where his wedding is to take place, while Cam enters the police station. He tries to get Police Chief Gloria to understand the threat posed by the zombies, but she is unwilling to move.

At the country club, Jai tries to warn Sean and his bride, but none of them want to believe him. With no other choice, he asks his father-in-law Herb to keep an eye on the guests, but the zombies have already invaded the photo booth outside. Meanwhile, the heavily sedated Detective McDermott breaks out and inspects the site, much like Sarah Blackwood. McDermott arrests Logan when Sarah aims a rifle at a security guard.

At the police station, the captain receives a series of calls and realizes that none of the officers is at his post. That suggests something is very wrong, as Cam said, and so she sends the State Troopers out. Mayor Bowman calls Luke, who is caught in a zombie attack on a bridge, and Trent leaves as fast as he can because the fourth episode ends with a great cliffhanger.
