Dara Diet and Exercise: Here’s how the 2NE1 member maintains her slim figure

June 22, 2022

Dara surprised everyone when she showed how small she is as an eater in a post on Instagram. She shared a photo of a piece of rice cake that she would share with her mom for dinner.

Dara revealed that her mother, like her, was also a small eater. So it is not surprising that she can maintain her slim figure with ease.

In the post above AllKpop was released, the 37-year-old idol revealed that she gave her mother a rice cake she got from a first birthday party. Her mother then told her that she didn’t have to cook that evening because they could share the meal.

She then said that they would share a small amount of rice cakes for their dinner. Upon seeing the size of the meal, netizens couldn’t help but be impressed at how the K-pop star has maintained her slim figure.

Her perfect figure could also be seen in her new snaps for American fashion house Calvin Klein. Dara is the new model for the latest Calvin Klein x Palace collection, CK1 Palace.

She wore the brand’s underwear set and Palace baggy jeans. In a post, she revealed how she prepped her 11-line abs for the shoot (Cosmo PH).

She said she did an hour of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, hired a personal trainer, worked out at home, followed a diet, and did 400 sit-ups before bed. And what is your diet like?

Ahead of her Coachella appearance with 2NE1 members Park Bom, CL and Minzy, she revealed her hardcore diet plan consists of sweet potatoes, bananas and eggs, how Koreaboo quoted. She also ate chicken breast strips as a source of protein.

However, their diet is not recommended for everyone and should not be followed for long periods of time. In an interview with tvN variety show Wednesday Food Talk (via IBTimes) revealed to Dara how she ate during her early years at YG Entertainment.

She praised the food at the company cafeteria as good and ate her breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner there. However, the menu was changed after some complained that the meals were too salty or spicy.

The café started serving healthier alternatives. Though she didn’t reveal if she’s stopped eating there, she said the taste isn’t what it used to be, but it’s still good. Thinking that she might get in trouble for this revelation, Dara explained that YG only cares about the health of its employees.
