More information on Cestvs: The Roman Fighter

The Roman Fighter manga series was created by Shizuya Wazenay. Hakusensha’s Young Animal produced the first Kent Ankoku Den Cestvs series from 1997 to 2009. Kendo Shit Den Cestvs, a second series, ran in Young Animal Arashi from 2010 to 2014 and was later transferred to Young Animal Arashi, where it aired from 2014 to 2018, before being discontinued.

The Slavs complain about their ability to fly in their slave cells, and the Cestvs can capture and free them all. When it comes to feeding them, they all rush over to him, but his friend Rocco calms him down and keeps Cestvs at bay. The soldier then drives everyone away, telling the slaves that they will make the final decision and engage in absurd fights. Cestv and Rocco are the first to face off, and while Cestv doesn’t want to fight Rocco, Zafar’s teacher encourages him to do so.

The fight begins, but Cestvs fights lightly, but manages to hit Rocco. Rocco then gets into a serious fight with him, humiliated. After hearing Zafar’s advice, Cestvs decides to end the match and begins to attack and beat up Rocco. Rocco congratulates Cestv on his speed and strength, but the latter is killed by order of his owner, who explains that he is capable and does not need a “dog” to replace him.
