Bungo Stray Dogs’ Season 4 Episode 3 Release Date, Spoilers: Will Fukuzawa Find Out Who Is Behind The Screenwriter’s Murder And Edogawa Kidnapping?

January 13, 2023

In Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 Episode 3, Fukuzawa may investigate the death of the screenwriter and the kidnapping of Edogawa Ranpo. Titled The Detective Agency Mystery, the hitman will try to identify the culprit behind the murder and the kidnapper.

Fukuzawa may need the help of the greatest detective, Edogawa, but the man has been kidnapped. So can he make it on his own in Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 Episode 3?

There are theories that the man behind Edogawa’s kidnapping is also the one who killed the screenwriter. Therefore, fans could see Edogawa or Fukuzawa try to solve this mystery and save the day.

Both will do their best to prove they need to start a detective agency for their investigations after Fukuzawa previously said that a detective must always be armed. This could mean that the establishment of the Armed Detective Agency will happen soon.

Will Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 Episode 3 usher in the formation of said agency?

In Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 Episode 2 titled Day is a Dream, Night is a Reality, Fukuzawa tried to make Edogawa believe he was an ability wielder. He gave him a pair of cheap glasses, claiming they were specially made to activate his powers.

Edogawa later solved the mystery at the theater when he learned that lead actor, Tokio Murakami, was behind the threat, giving him confidence. He decided to fake his death by kidnapping a bystander to make everyone believe he was the culprit, when he wasn’t.

Also, the current season of the anime began with a flashback in which Edogawa appeared as a prelude to the main arc. He and Fukuzawa investigate the murder case at the theater while a play about angels is being performed.

Although annoyed, Edogawa was able to easily figure out who the killer was. Fukuzawa, on the other hand, had his own conclusions.

He later revealed that he once worked for the government, adding that he knew Edogawa’s powers and offered to help him control his abilities.

Murakami was later killed in the play’s second act, and the two were unable to save him. Little did Fukuzawa and Edogawa know that he faked his death and possibly the death threats he received.

He worked with the screenwriter to create the most natural death possible. But surprisingly, the author died in a locked room, which made things even more complicated.

Add to that the scowling smile from the driver who was taking Edogawa and Fukuzawa to the police station, and things got even more difficult.

Bungo Stray Dogs hits theaters on Wednesday, January 18th.
