Black Clover shows new trailer to prepare fans for the big manga ending

October 10, 2022

A lot has happened in Yuki Tabata’s Black Clover franchise. In addition to a new anime film, the manga is now also working on its grand story finale. So how will Asta end the reign of big villain Lucius Zogratis on the show?

A big Black Clover manga finale awaits the fans, because Tabata himself has prepared to give his work the grand finale after a long break. The manga is now in its final story arc, in which Asta and the rest of the Klee Kingdom prepare for the great war to come.

Volume 32 of the manga is coming soon, and the franchise is celebrating this big step by releasing a new trailer starring Asta and other key characters from the series. The clip appears to prepare fans for the upcoming end of the series and take them back in time with a glimpse.

It shows Asta’s incredible development after joining the Magic Knights for the first time. It also shows his friendship with Yuno, his struggles and everything in between.

The Black Clover manga is now in the first major phase of the final arc, though it remains to be seen how long Tabata will keep it going. So far, Asta has finally started his training and discovered a new power that will help him fight the last surviving member of the Dark Triad.

As the training arcs are known for not lasting too long, fans will soon be able to witness the intense battles between the two. The final arc will feature Judgment Day, the final war between a powerful new force and the Clover Kingdom.

However, this one might take a little longer as this is supposed to be an extended war with a series of major battles. It is not yet known when Black Clover Volume 32 will be officially released.

Also, the series’ official website has finally revealed the title and release date of the highly anticipated Black Clover movie. A year after the anime series ended after four seasons, a new movie was announced.

Titled Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King, it will hit theaters in Japan on March 31, 2023. Luckily, it will also premiere globally on Netflix, so fans around the world can watch it at the same time as it hits theaters.

Tabata also contributed to the film’s visual design, serving as original character designer and chief supervisor. As the film tells an original story, fans will meet new faces such as former Wizard King Konrad Leto, voiced by Toshihiko Seki.
