All eyes are now on Berserk Chapter 367 after Kouji Mori, lifelong friend and colleague of the late Kentaro Miura, breathed new life into the series alongside the assistants and protégés of the original mangaka Studio Gaga. Griffith, Gus and Casca are back, raising a lot of questions and putting Elfhelm in danger after showing new developments.
After almost a year hiatus, the manga has released a double edition with chapters 365 and 366. Mori and company continued the series’ story perfectly, but the new developments seemed to raise questions about Elfhelm’s safety in Berserk Chapter 367.
The Moonlight Boy was revealed to be Griffith on Elfhelm. This seemed to put Elfhelm in danger and showed how remote the place is from the rest of the world.
The manga left fans confused after the release of Chapter 364 as many believed it was the end of the series after Casca, Guts and Griffith reunited. However, it looked like the double chapter with the big difference between Moonlight Boy and Griffith would add even more confusion.
SportsKeeda noted that the latter’s presence was only felt after the transformation on Elfhelm. The appearance of Nosferatu Zodd also raised questions about Elfhelm’s security and secrecy.
Through Puck’s point of view, fans learned that Zodd went to Elfhelm and descended to exactly where Griffith was, although no one knew how he did it. The Moonlight Boy, on the other hand, showed his ability to find the location of Guts’ party in the final arcs.
There are theories that Zodd learned of Griffith’s whereabouts when he left his Moonlight Boy form. Will Berserk Chapter 367 confirm this now?
Anyhow, it just goes to show how vulnerable Elfhelm and Guts’ group are when it comes to their safety. Now that Griffith and Zodd know how to reach Elfhelm, the White Hawk’s band is free to attack the island unhindered.
Meanwhile, for the past year, the manga world has mourned the passing of Miura, one of modern times’ most talented artists and storytellers. Although fans celebrated the return of the late mangaka’s manga with the folks at Studio Gaga and Mori’s guidance, they couldn’t help but be skeptical of what they had to offer.
They were worried that they would not be able to replicate Miura’s genius. However, with the release of Chapters 365 and 366, they saw that his masterpiece was in good hands, according to Screenrant.
So the manga will continue with Berserk Chapter 367, which will be released on Friday July 8th in Young Animal Issue No. 14 will appear.
