American Horror Stories, Season 1, Episode 4 is scheduled to air on July 29, 2021 at 12 noon ET, on FX, Hulu. The first two episodes, portraying a single story, were released together on July 15. The rest of the episodes are scheduled to release every Thursday. The producers have reportedly developed 16 episodes in total. The first 7 episodes will air each week before the series goes on hiatus. The remaining 9 episodes will air later in 2021.

American Horror Stories Season 1 Episode 4 Spoilers
From the title of episode 4, “The Naughty List”, we can deduce that it will probably be about Christmas and Santa Claus. As the Murphy-Falchuk lore goes, the episode is likely to override any traditional tropes that audiences associate with Christmas movies or shows. Portrayed by Danny Trejo, “American Horror Stories” Santa Claus could be a vindictive entity targeting a group of young influencers on social media because of the disturbing content they post online.
The series could portray Trejo’s rendition of Santa Claus as a version of Krampus, the seemingly evil horned being from Alpine folklore that accompanies Saint Nicholas as the latter takes a walk on December 5, handing out candy and snacks to the children who they have been wise. Krampus’s job is to punish the villains with birch sticks. In Episode 4, influencers can get Santa’s attention after their content negatively impacts their audience.

Episode 3 tells the story of a seemingly cursed movie, “Rabbit Rabbit.” After seeing it during its first screening in 1986, the audience turned violent and 6 people died. These days, Chad and Kelley, a young couple, attend a screening of “Rabbit Rabbit” at a drive-in movie theater. Fortunately, they were busy celebrating their sixth anniversary and weren’t staring at the screen when the movie turned its audience into mindless killers. Chad and Kelley’s friends are different from them and are killed.
The two meet with the film’s director, Larry Bitterman, knowing that another screening is coming soon. They destroy what is supposed to be the original copy of the film and make sure the director dies with his creation. However, as the end of the episode reveals, Bitterman sold the distribution rights to “Rabbit Rabbit” to Netflix. The movie premieres on the streaming site and the hellish nightmare that Chad and Kelley have experienced is spreading across the world.
