The streaming giant recently announced that it has not just ordered season 2 of The Bridgertons. It is extremely rare but Netflix agreed to produce three more seasons !
This will allow the series to continue until at least season 4, and probably beyond if we are to believe in the exceptional audiences of the first part. This agreement also ensures that fictional stars will not leave the project like Regé-Jean Page recently… Therefore, it is likely that Phoebe Dynevor and Jonathan Bailey are now under contract.
The Bridgerton Chronicle could have at least eight seasons since the author of the literary saga on which the series is based is composed of eight volumes. For now, the fiction writers have followed the original script since the first book focused on the romance between Daphne and Simon.
Next season will feature Anthony Bridgerton as a second novel… If the new episodes achieve great audiences, the series may run for several years on Netflix!
