Sex / Life season 1 finale explained!
The Sex / Life season 1 finale He returns to us with Billie entering Brad’s apartment and telling him that she will not leave her husband and that nothing changes. She then asks Brad to make love to her. So it seems like Billie has finally taken the plunge after trying to stop the whole time.
This is a dramatic step for the thus far loyal wife, putting their relationship at risk as she is barely recovering from the latest upheaval involving Brad. We hear Billie’s version very clearly when she tells Brad that she will not leave her husband and that nothing will change. However, she does not know that Cooper is following her movements.
Although Billie has shown that she can hide secrets from her husband. What he probably plans to do now more than ever, Cooper finds it much more difficult not to face the truth right away. In the past, whenever he secretly read his wife’s diary, he made no effort to hide his actions. So it is likely that sooner or later he will confront Billie when he meets him. Since Cooper has already considered leaving his wife and is attracted to his boss Francesca, empathetic and openly available. It seems that this will be the last straw that spills the glass for him and Billie.
He has already said that he would be ready to leave Billie if he knew that she and the children were well cared for. However, since Brad doesn’t seem up to the task and that’s what makes the series so delightfully frustrating, Cooper is almost certainly going to stick with Billie. However, as we can already see, his character is now clouded by mistrust of his wife, and the “perfect” husband may well see the beginning of a new chapter in his life, much less idealistic.

What does this mean for the future?
We can make a lot of assumptions for season 2, but the main prediction is that Billie wants both men. He wants marriage and the safety of Cooper, but the exciting life of Brad. Will season 2 try to pave the way for an open marriage? How could it work if Brad and Billie love each other? It seems that the only possible direction is divorce.
Unless… Cooper doesn’t let Billie know that he knows that she is sleeping with Brad, and that he is pursuing her wishes with Francesca. Are they kidding themselves and inevitably everything explodes? Either way, it seems like whatever happens, Cooper and Billie will eventually end up in their marriage while their wishes are left out.
