Log Horizon Season 3 Ending Explained

For a while, it seemed like Eirenus might emerge victorious, but as the Log Horizon season 3 finale, the residents finally gained ground. Through a coordinated attack from loving rivals Shiroe, Akatsuki, and Minori with a little help from mission-delivering characters and sisters Lelia and Litka Mofur, Eirenus was defeated and a party was thrown.

During the celebrations, Minori, Shiroe’s protégé, confessed her love but was rejected because she had developed feelings for Akatsuki. While elsewhere, Lelia and Litka have decided to stay in Akihabara. The Log Horizon season 3 finale showed the reveal of Shiroe’s intention to wander Minami Town, the city of ancient tales, which heralds a lot of action for a fourth season.

Sadly, the producers at Studio Deen have yet to announce season 4 of Log Horizon, but the Touno light novel series is on its way, which means there is plenty of source material for the following seasons. However, given the huge gap between seasons 2 and 3, Log Horizon season 4 could take some time to see the light of day.
