Trash and treasure collide as fans name their guilty pleasure favorites

There’s nothing wrong with liking movies that everyone else seems to hate. In fact, it’s been an essential part of the cinematic experience since the advent of the moving image. However, there’s a huge difference between something that’s so bad it’s actually pretty good, and a guilty pleasure that leaves your friends, family, and co-workers genuinely worried for your taste.

Not to dive into the ledger of cliches yet again, but it’s become more apparent than ever on Reddit that one person’s trash is definitely another person’s treasure, with moviegoers tossing the movies they know very well won’t win any Oscars, or even make a profit at the box office, but still hold a special place in their hearts.
