

Developed from a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Ken Wakui, “Tokyo Revengers” is a shounen sci-fi anime series. It revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, an underperforming young man. Although in his early twenties, Takemichi has no purpose in his life. One day, on his way home from work, he is pushed onto the tracks when a train speeds up. Instead of having a flashback of his entire life, he sees his college girlfriend Hinata Tachibana, who he heard about on the news and who was recently killed by the famous Tokyo Manji Gang. Suddenly he discovers that he has traveled back in time and is now in the body of his college partner. Finally, after overcoming all his doubts and fears, he decides to save Hinata.

Release date for Tokyo Revengers Episode 4
Episode 4 of “Tokyo Revengers,” titled “Return,” will air on May 2, 2021 on MBS, TV Tokyo, TV Aichi, TVh, TVQ, BS Asahi, AT-X, TSK, QAB and RKK. On March 30, 2021, the series premiered in Japan where important scenes from the first three episodes were aired together. Liden Films Studios developed the series, with Kouichi Hatsumi as lead director and Yasuyuki Mutou as lead screenwriter. Hiroaki Tsutsumi created the music and Kenichi Oonuki and Keiko Oota designed the characters. Pop group Official HiGE DANdism sang the show’s opening song, “Cry Baby,” while Eill sang the closing theme, “Koko de Iki wo shite.”

The original Japanese version of “Tokyo Revengers” episodes with English subtitles will be available on Crunchyroll and VRV outside of Asia the same day they air in Japan. Tokyo Revengers Episode 4 Spoilers
In Episode 3, Takemichi fights Kiyomasa and refuses to admit defeat no matter what blows he takes. He realizes that this is his only chance to meet Manjirou “Mikey” Sano or Tetta kisaki and prevent them from reuniting. Suddenly, the crowd fell silent as Mikey and his lieutenant, Ken “Draken” Ryuuguuji, arrived on the scene. Mickey declares Takemichi as his friend. Before leaving, he beats up Kiyomasa for organizing the clandestine struggle.
Later, Sendo, the leader between Takemichi and his friends, admits that he was ready to stab Kiyomasa and thanks Takemichi for freeing them from Kiyomasa’s gang control. The next day, Mickey and Ryuuguuji show up at Takemichi’s school. This causes a confrontation between them and Hinata, who slaps Mickey. But Mickey does not defend himself, claiming that he never hurts girls. Later, he tells Takemichi that he wants to usher in a new era of crime.
In episode 4, Hinata was able to help Takemichi study. Takemichi might meet Hinata’s mother, who will probably ask if he is Hinata’s boyfriend, thus embarrassing her daughter. Hinata could reveal to Takemichi that her brother wants to become a police officer like his father.
