Tokyo Revengers episode 13 spoilers

In episode 12, Takemichi arrives with Naoto at the apartment complex where Hinata lives, but he suddenly becomes reluctant to see her after all these years and leaves. Takemichi tells himself that although he managed to save Hinata, his own life has not changed. He’s still a 20-year-old unsuccessful working part-time. In the hallway of the building, he bumps into someone and realizes that it is Hinata. She looks just as awkward as him during the conversation. Takemichi, Hinata, and Naoto leave their apartment to go for a walk, but the embarrassment doesn’t fade.

After Naoto returns to work, Takemichi and Hinata go for a walk together. She still wears the necklace he gave her and reveals that it was Takemichi who ended their relationship in this world. While going to the bathroom, Takemichi meets an older Hanma who indicates that he should be in the car. Feeling a deep sense of fear, Takemichi returns to the car when a minivan hits her with Hinata inside.

Takemichi discovers that Atsushi was driving the car, and the latter asks him again to save everyone. He tries to get Hinata out of the car when the minivan explodes and the fire starts to spread. Realizing that he cannot save her, he surrounds her with his hands and tells her that he has always loved her and that he will always love her. Just before the fire engulfs the car, Hinata pushes it outside. At the end of the episode, Takemichi promises to become Toman’s leader. In episode 13, after Hinata’s funeral, Takemichi was able to tell Naoto that he wants to go back in time. They might wonder what happened to Draken, leading them to discover that he is currently on death row.
