Shamans fight
Shaman Fight is a match tournament between shamans from around the world. It is about determining which participant is more capable of making a pact with the “Great Spirit”, also known as the “Ghost”. Shaman battles decide the shaman king for over 500 years until someone dethrons the shaman king after winning the shaman battle every 500 years. The fight started after Manta, a high school student, came across a Shamoan near the cemetery. Manta tells other students at his school, but no one believes he has encountered a “ghost.”
The boy who met Manta comes to this class and befriends Manta by revealing that he is Yoh Asakura. Asakura Yoh can speak to “spirits”, and Amidamaru woke up with him. The two realize that the world is in danger and go on a journey to become Shaman King after winning all of Shaman’s fights. During their journey, Anna arrives and reveals that she is the wife of the future Shaman King. Manta is surprised that two students have to live as husband and wife.
Anna reveals why she is Yoh’s wife and Manta accepts her as a host. Yoh, Anna’s husband, knew from the beginning that a future Shaman King had to have a shaman wife. Amidarmaru, Manta, and Anna helped Yoh on his journey to become the Shaman King. Hoeber Yoh lost only one fight, sacrificing his victory for the lives of Manta and his friends.
