Scarlet Nexus episode 7 spoilers

In episode 6, Kasane travels through time and reaches the year 2070, where she meets Yuito in Suoh. He reveals to her that his psionic power is not psychokinesis but gravikenesis, which means that he can manipulate space-time and travel at will between the past, the present, and the future. He explains that 50 years ago, in the year 2020 of the solar calendar, after Major Karen’s attempted coup, her father, President Sumeragi, was assassinated.

Yuito was hailed as a hero when the blame for the murder fell on Kasane’s shoulders. It was then that Yuito, blessed with powers similar to Kasane’s, teamed up with her to create the nearby black hole, the Kunad Portal, as the war between Suoh and Seiran escalated. The portal began to devour the world, and it was Yuito’s power that unknowingly brought him stability.

The nearby black hole can only be destroyed if it dies, but at the time, it did not fulfill its obligation. Now, in the year 2070 of the solar calendar, not even his death can ensure the destruction of the Kunad Gate. Before offering himself to the Others, he also reveals that inexcusable scientific experiments were conducted under his father’s guidance, and Randall became one of the victims and transformed into Other.

After returning to the present, Kasane realizes that all events, including the assassination of President Sumeragi, Randall’s science experiment, and Yuito’s rise as a hero, have happened as Yuito in the future had told him. She realizes that it is therefore essential to execute the plan and assassinate him in the present for the future of Suoh and the rest of the world.

In Episode 7, Kasane could gain some followers who will sympathize with his cause and start planning Yuito’s assassination. Meanwhile, Yuito will start to accept his father’s death and fight for Suoh. An incessant search for Nagi can begin.
