The first episode of the To Your Eternity anime was a rollercoaster of emotions with an ending that I’m sure brought at least a tear to many viewers.
In the first episode of this series, we meet a very special orb sent to Earth by a god. This orb takes the shape of the objects it finds, starting with a rock. The orb then takes the form of the wolf who returns to a village and meets a child abandoned by the other members of his village in search of better land. The wolf finally takes the form of the child and embarks on a never-ending search for new emotions and experiences.
Based on a manga created by Yoshitoki Oima, the series has been published in Weekly Shonen magazine since November 2016 and has 14 volumes in Japan as of December 2020. The English version is published by Kodansha and will have 13 volumes in December 2020 anime The adaptation is produced by the Brain’s Base studio with Masahiko Murata as director. They work from the composition of the series created by Shinzo Fujita.
When will To Your Eternity be dubbed in English?
As of April 12, 2021, it is official that the series will receive an English dub in the near future, but the exact date is still uncertain.
The good news is that the series is available on Crunchyroll in its original Japanese version, with new episodes appearing every week on Mondays at 9:30 am PT.
The first episode of To Your Eternity blew me away. It was poignant, dramatic, and poignant like I hadn’t experienced it in a long time. It was powerful and captivating, and I’m sure you’ll think the same when you look at it. It’s so good.
