My Hero Academia Chapter 315 Title: “Beautiful Words”

The chapter begins with Overhaul and Nagant changing and preparing to go after Deku. Overhaul says he knows the student AFO was talking about because he was the one who ruined the plans of Overhaul, a brat seriously infected with Hero Syndrome. Nagant jokes that she said that he would be useful, but it’s almost as if fate is helping them. Overhaul agrees to follow Nagant and help him identify the target on the condition that she promises to take him to see the boss once this is all over.

Cut to the present, Overhaul yells at Nagant because he already fulfilled his end of the deal a long time ago. She pointed her gun at him and said that from now on she will have to increase the speed of her bullets even if she reduces her accuracy.

Nagant shoots Overhaul while commenting on how much he hates the upbringing of heroes, and that only when a person dies due to Deku’s mistakes will he understand his troubles.

She hopes Deku will hesitate and give her a chance to win, but he’s already on the move. Finally we get an explanation of the peculiarity of the third, Fa Jin: it accumulates kinetic energy through repeated movements of a specific part of the body and releases it explosively. Deku used his legs to dodge and repel Nagant’s bullets in the last chapter, so he can now release everything and uses the black whip to add centrifugal force, increasing his speed even more.

He thinks he was inspired by a scene that everyone of his generation has seen many times: All Might soaring through the skies faster than any bullet. He calls this 45% OFA + Fa Jin mix “pseudo 100%” and pushes Overhaul to the ground before Nagant’s ball hits him.

Nagant is impressed not only with Deku’s speed, but also because he started moving in Overhaul’s direction at the exact moment she pointed her weapon at him.

Deku says that he will talk to Chisaki later and prepares to attack Nagant. The third user appears and says that in the last chapter Deku’s body was damaged because he was using all the quirks at the same time (OFA 45% + Danger Sense + Fa Jin + Smokescreen + Float). So far, he’s only used OFA, Fa Jin, and Black Whip, so he’s safe. There is still kinetic energy stored in his right leg, so he is planning his next attack.

Deku’s next attack is a pseudo-100% Manchester Smash, where he hits Lady Nagant’s right arm. Deku tells Lady Nagant that it’s over because her weapon has been destroyed. Lady Nagant was in free fall when Deku surprised her and did not hesitate for a second, as if saving Chisaki (who is a villain) was a natural thing. He remembered what the president had told him about using his quirk to improve society and he was trying to remember ever since he got tired of hearing such conversations.

At that moment, Deku took her hand to prevent her from falling. Deku tells her that the trajectory of her bullet towards Chisaki was lost, and that if she was really supporting the AFO, she could have fired her first bullet towards her waist and it would be over for him. Deku told him that his heart is still the heart of a hero. Nagant showed a genuine smile and when he was about to tell Deku that he is a true hero, his body started to crack and explode.

The scene changes and AFO says he knows people’s hearts are “flowing” so he made sure to be fully prepared when she breaks her contract. He (sarcastically) took pity on Nagant because she was used by other people to the end, but if she wants to blame someone, she should blame her great weirdness. In the last panel, we saw Hawks feathers fly towards Nagant, who fell and burned when the Hawks caught him in midair, showing that Hawks’ wings have recovered. End of chapter.
