Season 2 episode 5 of ‘I’m Standing on a Million Lives’ will air on August 7, 2021 in Japan. It will air on Tokyo MX, BS11, MBS, AT-X, and Wowow at different times. Season 2 has 12 episodes. The anime is developed by Japanese animation studio Maho Film, with Takao Yoshioka supervising the scripts and Kumiko Habara providing direction.

The characters are drawn by Eri Kojima, Kaho Deguchi, and Toshihide Masudate. Tsubasa Itou composed the music for the series. Singer Kaede Higuchi performed the season two opening song, “Baddest,” while the ending song, “Subversive,” was performed by Kanako Takatsuki.

In episode 4 of season 2 titled “The Sinking Island” or “Nagareru Shima”, when Yotsuya and his friends return with the bullets to face the orcs, they are devastated to learn that some of their companions are already dead and the seriously injured are then taken to the Väikedaam cave. The remaining soldiers join Yotsuya to attack the castle and eliminate the orcs.

Meanwhile, Cantil and Iu fight against the Orca Mother, in which the latter ends up losing her life. However, when the island’s volcano erupts, the water on the beach begins to recede. Lu immediately realizes, surprisingly, that a tsunami is occurring. Soon the small island sinks into chaos, people die en masse. Yotsuya plans to take the opportunity to eliminate all the orcs from the castle, but just as he is about to enter, a dragon emerges from the volcano.

In Episode 5, the fate of the Orca Mother, Iu, and Cantil can be revealed, and they are likely to survive the tsunami. The mysterious dragon could pose a much greater danger to the island’s inhabitants than the orcs.
